How products are made..?

At the first, we purchase standerd yarns.Before being sized and wound for weaving, yarns are carried away to the dyeing department where yarn is dyed with a slasher dyeing technology. So once we've decided how many yarns we put in the work (which can be between three thousand to six thousand yarns),we run them through the dyeing machine to the dyeing range where it is decided which colour we're gonna dye.It can be hundred percent indigo, can be hundred percent sulfur or it can be a sulfur bottom or a sulfur top and indigo together.This is how we create our land of shades.

Once yarns have been dyed,we take it to the sizing department.By sizing,it reduce the hairiness witnesses of warp thread.It also removes electrolytic formation of yarn.Then sized beams have been sent to the weaving department where we make premium denim fabrics using different patterns of the warp and weft threads on our modern weaving machine.Once the fabric is finished it ends up at the quality control.The first part of the quality control is a visual inspection while the second part is due to lab tests where we test elongation,growth ,the colour fastness and many more other technical aspects of the fabric.Once they've been tested and the fabric is approved it is ready to be shipped.We devide fabric rolls into modules of 100 to 150 meters and they're ready to be sent to the client.
